~5-10Kish, +15 vs hexed is a really unwanted mod, maybe a bit mroe if you find someone really looking for it.

agree, heck you can salvage the 19/20 armor pent and sell that for 4 or 5k, it's your decision though

The skin is moderately rare. The modifier and req kill the value here. 10kish sounds about right, any more and you're in for more effort than worth, imo.
